This was the worst experience I have ever experienced at a clinic. The front staff was amazing but the nurse, Cheryl, that came in to let me go on my way, was very rude and hostile. She treated me like a drug addict for asking for my medicine that I haven't taken in 6 months. I also work in healthcare and if I ever spoke to or acted that way to a patient I would hope I would get fired. Dr. Souter also acted like he was in a hurry! In the room for less than 5 minutes. I will not be returning to this office!

I was very surprised when we started here last year to see the misery of the workers. This place if full of very unhappy and unfriendly people. There must be some terrible person ruling the attitudes here and no one can break loose and be courteous or even pretend to be happy. They never seem to be busy but there's always a long wait on the phone and over the counter and when you have an appointment. Weird, weird to see this over and over again...I feel sorry for these people. I am sure they are all good folks but somethings just plain wrong and weird.

My husband has been a patient here for several years. We have found the staff, particularly the front office, to be rude and less than helpful. It's like you are putting them out to do their job. Dread anytime we have to call.

I booked a physical 6 weeks out because that is the earliest they had available. 4 weeks after that they call and said the doctor would be out of town. I explained my situation and needed it done because of medical benefits. The lady (Tiffany) sounded less than sympathetic to say the least. I needed something in by the last day in September. They scheduled me for 9/27. And wouldn't give me a guarantee they could get my results in on time. Seriously it is a standard blood screen and a 1 page forum.
