Beware of their billing practices!! In February 2014, I was told a certain amount for 2 visits. I paid in full on my first visit. After my 2nd visit, I was assured that my bill was all paid. In less than 30 days, my filling fell out. I made an appointment & was told that there would be no charge. Nothing was mentioned while I was in the chair, but at checkout I was charged $84. I was not told that I had any past due amount, just the $84 that I had been assured I would NOT have to pay. I left & vowed never to go back! I received a bill in June of 2015. Yes, 15 months after I left their office with a zero balance!! I called the office & was told the bill was in error, to disregard it & they would take care of it. I received a 2nd bill in June of 2016! A full year later!! I, again, called the office & was told that the bill was in error, to disregard it & they would take care of it. I received the 3rd bill, a final notice, in June of 2017. I, again, called the office. This time they say that not only do I now owe this bill, but that I have 2 outstanding bills with them & tacked on another $63. When I asked what for they could not explain, but that I just owed it. I was told I would be sent an itemized statement. I was never sent that statement, but was instead sent to collections. Complete nightmare!!!

Great customer care, friendly and knowledgable staff. They even help coach me through my fears.

Dr. Cox does good work, and I trust that the work she recommends needs to be done.
