I only went to this dentist a few times maybe four times. Each time I felt that the Care was decent which is definitely a plus considering I was nervous to find a reliable dentist after moving to Oklahoma. What I had a problem with was billing. They give me an overview of the care to be received and the portions that were paid by my insurance and what was expected for me to pay. I paid the balance at the end of every visit with the exception of the payments that were arranged to be paid in installments. On occasion they appeared to be confused about the balance due trying to get me to pay for care that I had already paid for. I guess that should’ve been a red flag because after my final visit which at that time I had everything paid off according to the billing desk and myself, I get a bill in the mail saying that I owe at least 100 and something dollars more. I called and left a message and asked someone to call me back to review that bill and never got a response. I then left another message stating that since I did not gotten a call back that I would be finding another dentist. Even after that I still did not get a response, all I wanted was someone to explain the extra charge. I don’t expect to have someone beg me to go to the dentist, but I also manage a business and know that if a person who I had cared for had a problem, I would want to get down to the bottom of what the problem was to improve quality of overall service. Unfortunately that is where they fell short. It’s was kind of a bummer and I have moved on since. I really hope that the billing department finds a way to communicate with the patients who have questions about billing, instead of Surprising them with outstanding bills. With the exception of billing I do feel that they did a good job taking care of me and my needs and for that reason only I would recommend this dentist, and would have given it a 5 star review.
