Got wisdom tooth pulled $300 and sent home. Called back thinking I forgot to ask about pain management. Got told doc would call back. Never got a call back or relief really unprofessional thinking of reporting to the dental board

We did fine the first two visits then it hit the fan. We can not switch fast enough now. We got a dentist that was not here all the time and they had been using the office we wanted to get our daughters wisdom teeth done. So we ask DR can we get them don there and he says yes. We make a apt and the day before the apt. we get a call we are not covered, they have change who they go through. Daughter in tears and pissed of parent. These folks should be avoided. Our friend had a problem here also. One hand has no idea what the other is doing go to a small office where they care.

This business is so unorganized. I have been given 3 different quotes for dental implants. The first was $7,210 at the dentist office to $9,000 and now they are saying $15,000 as an estimate over the phone. No one looks up my coverage because they say they cannot do that...? I have been given the complete run around. I will be recommending that my employer no longer uses Willamette Dental as a benefit and my husband will be doing the same at the next union meeting for the city. I cannot believe they have remained in business.

Worst dentist ever. It took 3 months for us to get in appointments after calling for 5 weeks just to make them. Then they won't schedule my kids for the same times but assure me they will basically be done at the same time. The day of our appointment the are 40 minute late getting us back for the first kid and take forever to get the other one back. This office sucks!
