Got an appointment quickly, and I was able to have my root canal done immediately due to a cancellation. Entirely painless and fast. Dr. Mitchell and his assistant were kind and caring. Recommended.

It's hard to say loved it when it's for a dentist visit. The entire visit was better than I've ever experienced before. My root canal was quick and entirely painless. I've had fillings hurt worse. I'd go here again and again. I highly recommend Dr Mitchell to anyone.

The staff member who answers the calls is very lazy and not honest with patients. they said they will contact my insurance but after waiting for a week, it turned out that she never contacted the insurance! She was not helpful at all and didn't even contact me to let me know what happened during this week. I had to contact them several times for just one appointment. The doctor knew I have a severe pain. He did some tests which was so painful that my entire body was shaking but he didn't even bother saying sorry and was smiling/laughing while watching me suffering! He did an extra work on my tooth without telling me that there would be an extra charge or anything! When I asked the staff why they didn't let me know about it before doing the extra treatment, they just rudely stared in my eyes! The doctor showed up and he was even more rude! They ended up charging me more that any other dentist in the area! Never trust them for what they quote you on the phone. He has already examined my tooth and what is the exact treatment. but finally I ended up paying 500 extra for some unnecessary optional treatment. I would never recommend them!
