My experience with this dental office has been awesome! Everyone is friendly and pleasant. Dr. Adams gives painless shots! Jodie was great with getting me on the schedule and working through my insurance coverage and Nikki was great too! Nothing less than happy. Would recommend to anyone I know.

If I could give them a lower review I would. When they determined that I had dual insurance coverage I was “sold” services I didn’t need or ask for - full mouth X-rays and cleaning - when I only came in for a consultation regarding a bridge or dental implant. After finally speaking to Lisa Adams I knew immediately she and her staff were only there to bill as much as possible. Even though I have dual dental insurance policies I personally received an astronomical bill which I refused to pay. Upon receipt of that bill I again gave them both of my dental insurance plans. Over a year later they started sending me more bills and threatening collection procedures. When I contacted the staff at one of my dental plans they said Lisa Adam’s office had never sent them a claim. I explained this to Jodie at Lisa Adams office and Jodie said she would take care of sending the proper bill. After receiving more late notices and collection notices for a few months I again contacted Jodie at Lisa Adams office. Jodie told me that the insurance company had denied payment because the bill had not been presented within 1 year of services. Jodie acknowledged that I had coverage but claimed I would have to pay because the insurance company was now refusing to pay. I told Jodie either she or Lisa Adams was at fault for not submitting the claim and I wasn’t going to pay. She then yelled at me and hung up. Moments later she called back, still yelling, and said we (the dentist office) are going to wipe out the bill, that I was being dropped as a patient and I should never come back to their office...which was just fine with me. Again Jodie hung up on me. I called back a few minutes later and left a message that I accepted their offer to drop the bill if I agreed never to return to their office as a patient. I have never written an online review before but I thought it was appropriate in this case because I have also never seen such a lack of professionalism, from top to bottom, in a business. They should have a notice on their door that reads ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I have had some awful dental experiences due to my poor teeth. Lack of insurance and money led to rotten teeth over time. When I came to this office for the first time at the recommendation of another patient, I was worried about pain. I was worried about being judged. I was worried about the work that would be needed to cover fixing my mouth. All of my fears were entirely unfounded. Any pain I experienced was mild and related to my bad gums, which she was quick to numb, and even with some severe dental procedures I never had any trouble in after care. She was friendly and didn't care what state my teeth were in, she cared about fixing them. I was also provided a full and detailed plan for all the visits needed to fix my teeth, the specific costs with my new insurance accounted for, and my choices for level of care in specific situations. Being a dentist can be truly trying. Tooth pain is like nothing else, and people are quick to anger when experiencing even mild discomfort. I have no doubt that even the best dentist has aggressive patients who blame them for everything, because those pains damage a person's judgement, and the fact that Dr. Adams maintains a positive demeanor (and an excellent level of care, of course) in spite of that kind of work environment is astounding. I would recommend her to anyone. If you see this review, thank you for your help, Dr. Adams. :)
