I've had the best experience with Pearlie Whites Dentistry. After 11 years of avoiding having another experience like I had with my last dentist, I appeared on their doorstep dreading the work I needed. Complaints I know they heard before, but still were professional and casual with me, helping me calm my restless energy. Having strangers up close and personal is not easy, but this office has this cheery comfortable atmosphere the has put me at ease. Theresa Lindquist runs a great team.

If I could give no star I would. This office operates completely differently than the prior dentist who ran his practice out of the building. I miss Dr. Fattah and his staff! Dr. Lindquist and staff are arrogant and insensitive. She is rushing through patients and will likely make more of the same mistakes she made when doing a filling for me. First, the time you are required to wait to get in to see the dentist is ridiculous! Even Fattah, with a similar patient load, made time to see patients in pain in a timely manner. It can take 3 months to get an exam, fillings and cleaning with Dr. Lindquist since they will not schedule them on the same date. My first appointment, after a month of waiting, was a comprehensive exam. At that time, I was scheduled for fillings, which were another month out, and the cleaning was scheduled for a month after the filling. Well, a filling was done incorrectly and I was in pain. They scheduled me a week out to come back in for what they thought would be an adjustment and after examination, they found I needed to come back in to have the filling re-done. They wanted to schedule the correction out another month and in between, I was supposed to come in for a cleaning while still experiencing pain. On three separate occasions, I complained to support staff about a peculiar sensation in my mouth and all three times they failed to pass that information on to the dentist (either they forgot or she just brushed it off). I finally broached the problem myself to the dentist who finally investigated the problem further. I left this office to seek out a dentist who would treat me as a human and relieve my pain. I found a great dentist who got me in for an emergency exam, fixed my filling and cleaned my teeth in the same appointment.
