Worst service ever. The staff is rude and it is VERY overpriced for nails that are not done that well. Would not recommend, go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service, terrible work and terrible environment. I've never felt more unwelcomed in my life and will most definitely never return to this salon again. My nails turned out horrible.

It’s is my first time doing nail, the owner tommy did my nail. He just ruined it. The shape was so bad. Paying so much for what they don’t deserve. And when I said several nails is incorrect, he insisted that it’s good. If you want to ruin your mood better not go. The shape is so bad that it is visible..

I can’t even begin to describe the horrible experience I’ve had, and I’m not one to complain. First, I walk in and the elder gentleman helped me because the other 2 ladies were busy (both working on 1 person). All I wanted to do was remove my shellac. In past experiences they let the acetone soak and then attempt to peel it off. In this case he let it soak for 25-30 seconds and started DIGGING at my nails with a pusher from top to bottom which was also hurting my skin. I told him, why don’t we let it soak and then peel it, he said no this is better - totally disregarding my suggestion. When he realized it wasn’t peeling he went to the next nail and the next and the next, THREE rounds of this pain just to take off shellac on my own nails - are you kidding me? Then one of the female attendants came and decided to take over. Offered me nail polish 3 times when I kept saying no, I just want them cleaned. It now seems like they just wanted to cover up the redness that u can see beneath my nails. I get shellac done every 2 weeks at the nails for you at fletchers creek and never have issues like this. Super annoyed and disappointed. They were nice people, just horrible service. The location is so good, the inside is honestly hideous... and now so are my nails.
