Big cheaters

I usually go there for eyebrows but last visit was for permanent hair straightening. I already advised them that this is an expensive service so I want any experienced person to do. Also I informed them that I had henna on my hair so is it possible to do this treatment as other 2 salon denied for this service and they said yes. On the day of my appointment a girl started treatment on me and she was half the way owner came to me and told as I had henna so they cannot give guarantee of 100% result this should be explained to me when I came for consultation a week before treatment. While my treatment was going on that girl,'s mother was also working in the salon said "oh you are doing permanent straightening" & she gives a proud expressions which clearly shows that she was doing this treatment for the 1st time, also she was asking the owner for next step. When my treatmentent was over the owner and a tall lady who is very popular in the salon forced me and my husband to buy shampoo

I am visiting this salon from almost a year but last visit was terrible and I would not recommend this salon at all. I had waxing appointment and “new lady” who waxed my underarms has totally ripped my skin. She is totally untrained. This is salon’s responsibility to insure they hire someone who knows the job when your business is related to someone’s body!!! I had to go to doctor and and my skin is totally peeled off. I am in medicine for now to heal!!! It is owners job to train people or hire someone with experience. Our body is not experimental thing. Never had such issue in my life before anywhere else.

Great place to get your standard regular haircut, very reasonably priced, the staff is courteous, consults you well on your style therefore the end result is always great.

It took me 1 hour to get in and out for my wax appointment, when there was only one other customer in the building. I was told to go into room 3, and they led a woman into the room while I was naked from the waist down. Then told me to move to room 2 so they clearly weren't communicating properly . And I proceeded to wait another 20 mins and the other woman got waxed before me. When I got there the waxer asked me if I was pregnant which upset me a fair bit. I was simply bloated from consuming dairy. I used to get waxed by the owner before the store opened. The owner Raman is delightful, but I can't say I'm a fan of how it was ran the evening I went. (Raman wasn't in) they get a 2 only because I like the owner. I also got the vibe that they were probably talking about me after I left.

I wanted to get hair cut , so I called and made an appointment with Sonia. She is very professional and really good for mens hair cut. Place was very clean. Definitely going back.
