Great place for a haircut. Very friendly staff and salon is kept very clean and professional looking. Ideal location given close to quaint restaurants and shops on Markham Main St.

Thank you Daniella and Aldo for the last 15 years of incredible service and maintenance on my hair and to the lady (I am sure not your real name) with the long negative review. I am sure you are every service and etc industry’s nightmare. I wonder how many salons you have entered and than weeks later complained about your service and requested the money back. Too every restaurant, bar, hair salon, nail salon, any service oriented business, ER dept, etc....beware as this women shows clear signs of sociopathic behaviour, oh and by the way you get ill from the 200 cold viruses or the four types of influenza viruses that exist in our world at this time of year, you vacuous, mindless, ignorant women.

The owner Aldo and his step daughter Daniella are incompetent hairdressers and colourist; their quality of work is very poor and damaging to your hair, they do not take responsibility for their actions; and sadly; they have a very poor and an unprofessional characters. **Please read the email below ;before you could take a chance on someone who would be willing to ruin your hair and never take responsibility for it!!??.... Good evening Aldo, Daniella, This email is addressed to both of you. Daniella; even if I go along with your story version, which is very hard to believe, which you have sent me from your Hotmail account; that you did not send any email to me; you have stated that it was your stepfather [Aldo]; you have apologized for Aldo’s horrible, unprofessional and inconsiderate emails; which reflects nothing; other than an utterly mean and rude character of his. If I go along with the assumption; that it was your step father(Aldo); who sent the emails to me; they are a true representation of someone who is a disgrace to humanity first, to the hairdressing profession second, and to the business community in general which always advocated for “customers always first and always right“; (Aldo) has demonstrated in his emails; that he has an empty soul, has no self respect, and that; first and foremost, he is only a money grabber. Daniella; Sadly enough you have used and repeated the same words which was used in the previous emails; which you have claimed that they were sent from your step father (Aldo). It is irrrelevant of who sent the previous emails; but in your email that you have sent me from your Hotmail account, you have reiterated what was said in the previous emails and it was a similar presentation to the so-called (Aldo’s emails). Daniella, you have stated to me that you are a Woman of faith, you are still a young lady, and you have a lot to learn in life, the first lesson in life is: “Treat others the way you want to be treated”, and I do not believe that nithere yourself nor your step father (Aldo); would like to be treated the way you have treated me, specifically, in your terrible emails. It doesn’t matter; where the emails came from, whether it was you or your stepfather (Aldo); neither of you had the decency to offer a proper apology for damage that you have caused to my hair; nor a a refund for the $350.00 that I have paid you for your unprofessional colour services. I am certain that my review of your salon, your services and characters, will help many woman in the future; so they could avoid falling in the same trap that you have digged for me. Sadly you have taken no responsibility; that my hair was broken off; as a result of your inadequate knowledge of hair colouring, your poor quality of work that went hand-in-hand; with the over lapping and over processing of your bleach application to highlight my hair. I will share my horrible experience at your salon, including; letting me leave with a soaking wet hair on a cold night; which has caused me to be ill in bed, all of which has resulted from the negligence of your receptionist “Andrea” to book me for a blow dry with Talia after finishing my hair colour service with you; wich would have abled you and I; to see the breakage of my hair right there and then; and I will spread the word around; on how unprofessional your responses and emails were; and most and foremost how poor your characters really are. Regards

They cut my hair so short I can barely put it up. I didn't ask for this kind of cut but instead I'm left looking like a 12 y.o boy with hair at my ears
