Been looking for a place for ages that i trust, and I found it. I hope nothing about it changes because its a rare find. Super great service, incredibly knowledgeable staff and such a great job. Permanent straightening with RC and Jacky, my first time and loving it. They. Know. Their. Stuff.

Money can't buy happiness but it can buy a damn good haircut, a damn good wash, and a lot of confidence. I've never come back to a hairstylist more than once. For the first time in 22 years I have found a place that I will go back to for the rest of my life. The service is professional and patient. They will do everything you could possibly need for a good haircut. Prices are high. It's worth it. I always go to Ronald Vincent, but from what I've seen, all of them are fantastic. Would recommend above any other place in the GTA.

I did a color service from Jacky and he did amazingly! Completely fixed my messy blotchy yellow, orange, brown mess into a healthy and beautiful grey. He also fit me in last minute a day before my graduation. He is also very knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips on taking care of my hair better. Highly recommend to ask for Jacky if you have stubborn black Asian hair.

I was debating between 3 hair salons in the Markham area and have finally decided on Chin Generation after going through many reviews(Google, Yelp, Facebook, Forums, etc). Their good feedback seemed more consistent and also a friend had recommended them. Also found out that Ronald and Erin’s names were mentioned a lot and it was a coin flip that made me go with Erin. And I do not regret it one bit! Erin from Chin Generation is the best. I wasn’t sure what kind of hairstyle I wanted, but was in need of a cut and he helped me out with that. Erin is brutally honest and hilarious. He will not sell you services or treatments you don’t need. Nor tell you to come back every 3 months either for a “trim”. He told me if my hair was getting too long, or when I no longer like my style, or if my hair feels too heavy, those should be the only reason why you are back for a cut and there’s so set timeframe for that. Also gave me great tips about my hair. He is very informative during my visit. During the cut, Erin would tell me what he will do, and why. 10/10 would go back!

Been a customer for over a decade and they never failed me. Got my trim & color done recently & received lots of nice compliments. Strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional job done!
