Keke is truly talented, I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for installation... she made my hair look flawless and natural! I ordered a wig online that ended up being a disappointment and very unwearable. After discovering keke on instagram I decided to try her salon, and she transformed my wig by fixing all the problems!

LADIES DM ME FOR PICTURE!! I never write bad reviews but i just have to do so this time my story starts about a year ago after discovering kekes ig account ive been following her and fell in love with her work upon ordering i did my research searched high and low finally decided to order one of her units a year later because of all the great reviews videos and pictures that was available on her instagram and facebook i was super excited i mean if you look on any of her social media accounts you can see for yourself the girls work is undoubtedlyout of this world.... so i order a natural wave 22inch full lace wig with blenched knots she had me send a pic of my forehead so that she can "custom" my unit.... for my skin tone a transparent lace would have been the best choice from what ive search online... lets just say the lace was not suitable for me and on top of that it was over blenched which caused the lace to turn a orange tint when i had address my concern with keke she ensured me that her lace was a UNIVERSAL LACE therefore it would work ON ALL SKIN TONES im not a professional wig maker so i took her word for it but still it did not look right to me i had a orange line running across my forhead it was so unnatural i contact keke again she informs me i had to install the unit in order for the unit to look flawless... not what i wanted to do but i felt like i had no other choice.... we scheduled another appointment... she explained to me that the tint was from a powder that she had applied to the lace and that it could be washed off and she would apply my own powder for a better match... wig installed... when i arrived home i noticed the wig was not properly placed it was extremely low cutting off my forehead and it wasnt even placed in the center glue was visible everywhere my boyfriend even asked me "why does it look like that!?".... again i contacted keke this time she informs me that this was how it was suppose to look and that the glue will fade after my 1st wash... i waited 3days just as she had instructed before i could wet my wig.... the orange tint was still visible the glue had not turn transparent and well my wig literally came off my head! That was about all i could take i informed keke about my situation and once again i just got the same responds as the other two time as if i had done something wrong or that was how it was suppise to look never taking responsibility for any problems with the unit always had some type of excuse so i just left it at that. I dont know why i had such a bad experience yet her soical media accounts tell a different story i honestly wished it would had worked out i would have been a cilent of hers forever i even asked her to custom another two units for me but after all that... no thanks... Keep in mind this is just my own personal experience if you decide to order a unit from her hopefully your experience will be 10000000× better then mines Hugs&kisses
