Unreliable.. Disappointed in Rita's service! I do not recommend this salon to any1.. I been to your salon more than once to get my hair done rita when u were located in woodbine mall so plz do not lie about that its not professional at all!Ur the one that did my hair each time i came there. Its unfair that i was a regular customer n i am being treated this way! People do not go to this salon they are unreliable! And unprofessional 😡 and they are now lying that i never been to their salon and i even buy hair care products from her.. smh wow! You have no regards for regular customers.. I would give 0 stars if i could.

I love Karen and her services as she is the best. Although I MOVED TO Brampton but I always come back for her. She is really sweet and will never disappoint you with waxing and nails

Although Selena (Junior stylist) has an attitude, she does and OKAY for her performance on basic men’s hairstyles. I suppose the owner or manager (Latino woman) was more knowledgeable about some extra add-on’s that are not included in a basic men’s haircut. She was glad to complete a touch up on my hairline. Overall, I wouldn’t be happy to come back nor sad to come back because of the price, quality and service. I only tipped 18% because Selena tried her best even though they gave poor service.

Rita knows hair! Rita knows colour! Rita talks to clients like they're old friends! The price is also not bad at all. Sorry, I've only been there once and I only know Rita, but I do believe I've found my new hair salon.
