The staff is actually very nice however the actual service was horrible. I've only gone there one time for a wax, the person who did the waxing for me seemed like they did not know what they were doing, they ripped my skin I was in pain for days, I have horrible marks on my skin as a result of this. I would not return here or recommend going here. They did give me a full refund which was nice, but it does not make up for the experience that I had
