I was walking by and decided to stop in and see if they would take walk-ins. Thankfully they did, and I was fortunate enough to meet Carm. She is so lovely and held a great conversation. Also, my hair has never felt better. I've struggled finding a stylist I like as much as the last stylist I had in Edmonton, and she is definitely the best. Thank you for the beautiful cut and I will definitely be back.

The experience was amazing, no doubt but I came in for a treatment that was $45 on the website but afterwards got charged $101 for it. Would have appreciated them telling me beforehand.

Very talented staff & best customer service I have experienced in a salon! I’ve been here multiple times to the salon and they also did a fanatic accommodating job for my wedding photos!

Although the stylist did a decent job and service was friendly, I felt completely ripped off. Upon my walk in I asked how much a hair cut would cost the woman at the desk assuming maybe she was the owner because the stylist asked her said it was $60 and I overheard the stylist say “ I thought it wa $70” but the woman reassured it was $60. After the cut she charged me $70 because “ I have a lot of hair” even though I took my hair down to get the proper price beforehand. Now I know it’s only $10 but I felt as though I was taken advantage of because the woman who originally told her it was $60 was busy doing someone’s hair now this was my first time here so I’m not sure if she was the owner or not. Sad to say because of this I will not be returning. It’s disappointing because I wanted this to be my to go to salon considering I was looking for a new stylist but that just left a bad taste in my mouth.

I found them via Groupan and I brought my mom for haircut and we loved the style and service. Then I went back for my wedding day for my hair and my make up and the result was perfect. I loved the style, I asked them for simplicity and they offered me the best. really recommend their professionalism and service.
