So much love for this salon and everyone in it! The Italian family vibe makes my heart warm. Craig has been doing my colour for years. He's so passionate about his work. Very knowledgeable, always learning new techniques and executing them perfectly. He takes extra care to make sure my hair isn't getting damaged during the process. I always walk out feeling so happy with his work! As for cuts, I trust every stylist in the salon. Dina is incredibly talented, amazing with her scissors and a master at extensions. I'm so grateful for all they do!

Staff are friendly. Saw Farrah (I think?) for a haircut. She cut one side shorter than the other and made a large gap without any fading from my front layer to the back. I will never return to JC salons as now I have to go to a different salon to have this rectified and pay twice the price to correct her mistake.

I've been getting my hair coloured by Craig for the past 5 years. Every time I come in with a new idea, Craig finds a way to create the look I want! He's amazing with blondes in particular :) It is a pleasure walking into the salon when all the staff are always so friendly and make an effort to make my experience an easy one. I've also had my makeup and eyebrows done upstairs- so it's a great place to go to it you need to do a couple of services all in one day!
