I am absolutely over the moon with Serena Nails! I've been coming here for a little over a year - I was referred by a friend. The service and charisma of the staff is like no other - you are immediately asked if you'd like something to drink (not just water, but extremely tasty iced coffees and teas) and you are always greeted with a smile. If you are a returning customer, they will remember you and continue to treat you like gold. Their location is amazing, and there's always available room to park in their private wing of the parking lot. Always call and make an appointment in advance to ensure you fit into their daily schedule - they see many faces per day! I'd like to specifically mention both James and Cindy for their kindness and talent. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I am a client since I moved to the area (almost 10 years) and I keep coming back 😀I really enjoy my time there when I go for my nails and hair. Everyone is nice, is a hard worker and always please to see us! Highly recommend!

The absolute worst I went there to get my nails done and before hand I sent them a picture asking them if they could do it and they said yes when I arrived I asked them again and then they dismissed me in a very rude manner saying no they could not do it meanwhile I was there at 10 AM I spent over two hours there while they tried to figure it out and at end of the day they just messed up my nails gave me an injury on my nail and then they couldn’t even figure it out I had to leave without paying and it was the absolute worst experience of my life if you know what’s good for you don’t go there. HORRIBLE

I went there for a French shellac manicure and the lady helping me out kept talking to her colleagues in a different language. She did a very poor job and kept talking to her colleagues in a different language that made me get a headache (on NYE) I tried to keep calm and quite up until I realized that she did not clean my nails properly and was trying to finish as fast as possible without paying attention to important details. Long story short, I left that place aggravated and not pleased at all with their service and behaviour. I’m sorry, but I do not recommend this place.
