Actually shocked at the positive reviews because I have zero clue how anyone actually gets their hair cut here. The large sign that says "walk-ins welcome" means nothing. 5 ...yes (five) times now I've walked in and been told they were booked all day. So, naturally, because it's convenient, I decided to call and book an appointment...well, I've been calling this place for 2 weeks now and no one has ever answered. I had my hair cut here once...and even then it was a walk-in scenario where I was told to come back at a certain time by the owner Christina. The other lady who works there is about as rude as one can get and basically tries to get you to leave asap...she's always "booked all-day"....like right now, Saturday, at 10am....she said there's no way she could cut my hair even if I came back...lol This business is a joke to me.

Christina, the owner of the salon saved my life!! She was able to take me last minute and repaired my hair on time for my wedding! She did an amazing job and I received so many compliments. Christina was quick, service-oriented and professional. No doubt! 5 stars!

The hairdresser I had cut my hair a little shorter than I would have liked, but they were great at styling, and all of the employees were lovely. The store also looks really nice.

Finally found a place where I got the best hair cut by far. Very friendly staff and amazing service.

I've been a regular at Beauty Now for over a year and I've never had a bad experience. I always leave in a good mood with a great haircut. Talented, friendly stylists and very reasonable costs. A close friend with a dry afro swears by one of their product lines!
