Since I was three I've been coming here for haircuts and recently just got a piercing I looks amazing and she will do any haircut you ask for!!!!😁😁

Terrible!! 1st time I went, about 4 months ago, I got a relaxing treatment a deep conditioner, a trim and a "style" (I use the term loosely!!!). The girl didn't ask me about my new hair growth and just started applying the relaxer while chatting away. Well... After she rinsed it out she realized there was still about 3 inches of curly untreated hair. So basically I had straight roots, curly segments in the middle of my head and straight tips from the last relaxing treatment. Total nightmare! The "style" I got was more just a trim and was a complete hack job. I am not a pro stylist but it just felt wrong. When I got home I received awkward looks from friends and family as my hair was totally uneven and looked like a student's first attempt. I went back and the manager had to fix the cut while apologizing. When I mentioned my 4 inches of still curly hair I was promised a full comb out of the relaxer next time I came back to ensure it got my ends. Everyone has a bad day right? So, I gave the benefit of the doubt and went back today. I'm an idiot! Same story. Same girl. I should have walked out... I even said before we started "I need a full comb out, my ends are untreated". She remembered me right away. I got nervous after she put relaxer on the roots and started scraping the container to gather more product; I felt there wasn't enough and I was right. After washing it out I again sat looking at my reflection in disbelief. Straight hair from the roots to about 3 inches down, the rest was pure curl. I asked her: "why is it still curly". She replied, "you have a strong wave". Um.. A strong wave?? I'm not a fool, she just didn't use enough product!! Her idea of a "style" was using a flat iron to straighten my hair fully (since she had no choice, it was a frizzy mess) and then trimming the ends with sharp straight cuts. It was piecy, uneven and looked terrible. I left ($80 later) and went to another place close by only to spend $45 getting my hair to look like I actually HAD a style done. I'm happy now but only because I had a cut somewhere else. I will NEVER be back to Dynamic again. I feel the girl there is too inexperienced and she butchered my head... TWICE! I tried the 2nd chance thing and was slapped in the face with reality: fool me twice... shame on me! The staff are friendly amd I'm sure the stylist I had is a lovely girl. Clean place. Comfortable. But I can't in good conscience let this go. I had to share my experience and hopefully it prevents future hair blunders. Total hair fail!
