Terrible blow out and lack luster service. This was my second blow out here, both had miserable results. I normally wouldn't have gone back, but I was in a pinch and figured a different stylist would bring a different result. The shampoo was uncomfortable, as she was scratching my scalp instead at the usual massage motion. I specifically asked for her to be gentle with my hair, but she was still so rough and I lost way more hair than i should have. The end result was sad looking. I asked for a bouncy blow out with smooth curls and got sad looking curls that deflated in 15 mins and the top of my head was messy and not finished looking at all. I had to rush home and fix it myself before attending my event. Truly disappointed that I paid money for that. I would also avoid all other Toronto Blo Blow Dry bar locations as they share staff and none seem to be properly trained.

This salon is absolutely FANTASTIC! From start to finish, great guest service with friendly staff, amazing environment, and you leave feeling like a new woman! I highly recommend this salon!!!

I've been to this location twice, once for a wedding and once for a christmas party. Both times I had an amazing experience. I didn't do a blow out, I actually got a side ponytail one time and a low bun/braid thing the second time but both times they looked incredible. Even my fiance was like "Wow it's so twisty and cool! How do they do that?". I just told the stylist kind of what I was looking for and let them do their thing and it turned out great. I got SO many compliments. I have no idea how to do hair besides straightening it so I'm so glad to find somewhere to go that will make my hair look amazing for a reasonable price.

This was an unpleasant experience. The stylist ignored me when I said "good morning" when I arrived. During the blowout she was unfriendly, rushed, and rough with my hair--knocking my head with the blow dryer! When I asked her to be more gentle, she was defensive and rude. As I was leaving she ignored me when I said "have a good Christmas". I will not be recommending this service.

DO NOT BOOK HERE- Worst Service- I have gone multiple times and always have been extremely disappointed. I ask for Pillow Talk and either I get Hollywood style or a straight blow out?!?!?!, which I can do at home or they make up something and I have to settle. I will not be going back. Very disappointed I was forced to pay for my hair and the service was 1.5 hours. I told the hair stylist I didn't want hot tools and that I wanted the curls to be blown out and she did it anyway and just really disappointed. I've never had issues at other locations, must be the management because I always see new people working.
