I am in a wedding in august and I had booked a flat iron curl appt at this salon 6 weeks ago I called yesterday to confirm and make sure what I wanted was doable I asked to email a pic of what I was looking for to make sure we were both on the same page when it came to the style and well she didnt have an email apparently what business does not have an email anyways I then started to worry since the wedding is in 2 weeks and I'm a bridesmaid and don't want to be disappointed with my hair I was polite and asked again if she could do the simple style I wanted she got extremely rude said " im canceling the appt and hung up the phone on me " she left me 2 weeks before the wedding with no appt I have never experienced service like this and I would never ever recommend this salon to anyone.. there is a simpler way to deal with people in a very nice manner... I am not from the area and I have a 45min drive to get there and 2 weeks on a Saturday morning appt is near impossible to get .... if you are looking for good customer service and a friendly atmosphere I recommend going somewhere else lots of other salons in the area im sure Thanks Again One EAST Hair Salon
