Em was the best! She was caring, funny, and understanding of my needs. The receptionist was also friendly. Overall, great service.

Absolutely incredible salon. I saw Farzana with a bad case of diy gone wrong and she was able to fix my colour and give me what I initially wanted. I wanted a mauve/pink colour and was left with orange when I did it myself. I definitely thought I had no choice but to go darker, or to go for a natural colour. When I approached her she recommended a consultation where we talked about my expectations, budget, the process, and we also did a test swatch of my hair to see how strong it was. She was careful to maintain the integrity of my hair, especially since I had bleached it twice myself. Her main priority throughout the entire process was the health of my hair. The whole transformation took 6 hours but it was so worth it!! It was not an easy job but her attention to detail really paid off. I absolutely love the results. I will definitely be going back to her.

Michelle is unbelievable at what she does!! My boyfriend and I have both vowed she will be our go-to hair stylist for life. Both of our most recent cuts have been the best we've ever got. She's also a wizard at highlights. She always exceeds expectations. I definitely recommend this studio!

First time dyeing my hair and Em did such an amazing job! She was very helpful and clear about what she was doing every step of the way. Very happy with the end result, definitely will be my go-to place from now on.
