Thank you my friend Ronald for recommending us to come here. Praise for Sena for giving my hair a new life! Haven’t been able to do any hair for almost two years due to Covid. I had waist-length hair before I came here, but my ends were all damaged and dry, my scalp was also prone to oil and clinging to the skin because of the length. So I decided to cut 20cm long hair to get rid of the heavy feeling. Sena is very attentive to detail, she spent 15min only to trim my hair band, and I noticed she washed my hair two minutes longer than the other customers—she didn’t rush but paid attention to every steps. Also the process here is meticulous. They will talk to you first to get an idea of what kind of hair style you want. Then they will wash your hair with a “very gentle” scalp massage(I only hope they can massage HARDER!). After blow drying, it’s time for the real work to begin. Cut and trim, repeatedly. And then they will use the iron to curl your hair(even better, FREE). You think it’s probably done by then? No, another cut and trim, repeatedly. Finally, 1hr past, you get a brand new head with perfect hair which you will get a lot of compliments that day.(so I highly suggest you to book an appointment in the morning and reserve a date in the night). I spend $80 including tax and tips, worth! Will definitely be back again.

My visit started well. My stylist was Senna. She’s was really sweet, really polite. She gave me some good hair suggestions. Did not try to sell me any extra treatments or products and explained the process well. Those were all the pros. Things they can improve on are the floors which were covered with hair, I noticed the stylists kept reusing the same gloves, and some of the brushes looked dirty as well. So was my cut and Color worth $240 including tip? I don’t know. I need to visit them again and see. I asked for a red and I got a very very muted version of it. My cut was also very simple which was what I wanted and it was done perfectly. 9/10 for cut and 5/10 for colour (unless it lightens with a couple of washes).

I got a cut and digital perm with Celine and I am so happy with the results! I wanted the digital perm to add body and texture to my normally straight hair without needing to style it every day with tools. I came by a couple weeks ahead of the appointment so she could take a look at my hair and confirm if my desired outcome was achievable. Since my hair was previously bleached for a balayage she started the service off with a cut to take off enough of the bleached bits so she could do the perm on the new growth hair. I have never had a more meticulous and careful haircut before and I would come back just for that service. She suggested some curtain bangs and I am glad she did because they frame my face so nicely! The salon is welcoming and all of the staff are so clearly friendly and dedicated to providing a good service. Personally I loved that there wasn't conversation throughout the service and I could just unwind because I truly hate having to make forced small talk. The experience and the end product was more than worth the higher price point of this salon.

My experience with N15 was amazing - I recently bleached my hair with Celine and she was super meticulous the entire 7 hours of the hair colouring process. I was super nervous going in as it was my first time bleaching my hair but she took extra care so that my hair won't get damaged. You can also consult with her what colour will look good on you depending on your skin tone. They also use the top-tier products so my scalps didn't get sensitive during the process. Definitely recommend!
