I would highly recommend this salon. Carin is superbly professional and really cares about her clients. Carin's Hair Studio is a small boutique setting and one of the cleanest and most charming shops I have been to in the city. Carin specializes in many hair types and welcomes customers from all ethnicities. She does an amazing job on all types of techniques including braids, relaxers, colours and cuts - Carin and her team are fantastic. Carin values the time of her clients and is always prompt and honours her appointment schedule. Thank you Carin! I wish you continued success.

Went to Carins over the weekend, on recommendation from a friend. Was a bit unsure as I have really long hair and am of south Asian descent. Was nervous about anyone handling my hair type and length. Carin and Elizabeth were amazing. Carin took time to consult with me, explaining the type of colour that would suit my skin tone. After all was said and done, I am extremely happy with the results. My hair looks great. The cut and colour were perfect for me! Would definitely recommend anyone who is unsure about what would suit their lifestyle. Finally found a great colourist in the city!

Very professional and talented staff, the environment is always warm and friendly. Carin started my dreadlocks and I have been having my hair done here for the past 6 years. Never a bad experience, highly recommended.

I just took my 3 1/2 year old here for braids for the first time. Let me say that it was dramatic! Definitely a difficult customer to handle, and Carin dealt with her in stride. We were there for two hours to get 5 (yes, ā€œ5ā€) braids in. Carin was up for trying every trick in the book with me, and we eventually got the braids in. Iā€™m definitely going back, because not many stylists would have the patience she did (and my daughter will definitely get used to it!).

It is one of the best salons I have ever been to. The staff is manerly, salon is always clean and inviting. I recommend the salon to everyone who like my hair.
