DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! I would give 0 stars but obviously that is not an option. Came here on an impulse decision and the lady told me that she would be able to work on my hair that was previously boxed dye. She bleached my hair two times while being extremely rough and the results were uneven. I told her my scalp was burning and she did nothing about it, but instead went to work on other customers. My hair BURNT off and I had strands of hair that were burnt to the roots. She proceeded to say this was "normal", and it was supposed to happen. After colouring the hair, it was extremely uneven with random patches of orange, brown, black and yellow. NOT AT ALL WHAT I WAS GOING FOR, which was a full colour of brown. After complaining saying I wasn't happy with the results, the owner started blaming me, saying it was my fault that I lied about previously using box dye. She refused to fix it and blamed me after. This salon is completely unqualified and unprofessional. Had she refused the service knowing it could not be done, that would have been fine. The owner is money-hungry and does not care about the results. In addition to my terribly damaged hair, it looks like complete garbage. TERRIBLE JOB , AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE.

I've had more good cuts here then bad. But my experience yesterday left me wishing I hadn't gone. Time to find a new Salon.
