Excellent help and very knowledgeable

Ramona did the most amazing job microblading my eyebrows - It looks and feels incredibly natural. She made the whole experience so enjoyable and really listened to all of my requests. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of getting this treatment. Thank you!!

Some staff is very talented however on busy days (weekends or major holidays) they do overbook and do not give the total time needed to give the quality you are paying for. Owners are extremely unprofessional and have been seen drinking in the workplace. The wife (Francesca I believe) constantly cusses at her staff in front of clients and belittles them making clients very uncomfortable. I attended the salon months back and would never return due to the fact that they scheduled me in with someone I later found out was not even a licensed hairdresser but a coop student that had very little experience. Extremely unprofessional despite the appearance and management is to blame as staff is friendly and always helpful.

Always happy with the treatments I receive. Ramona did my eyebrows and they came out great. Would highly recommend Francesca Salon & Spa.

Absolutely loved my experience at Francesca's Salon and Spa! Everyone is very professional and friendly and the environment is stunning. I had HD brows done by Ramona. I had brows to begin with but she made them so much more defined and full to perfection. She listened to exactly what I wanted and completely achieved the look I was going for. And NOW I have PERFECT brows all thanks to Ramona!! I so recommend this service to anyone wanting to achieve fuller, defined, perfect brows. Thanks again Ramona!! Xo
