The stylist was so talented. Great technique. Loved the option for deep conditioning. Booking was so easy. Flawless web interface. I bought the 8-for-6 package. Both king west and yorkville locations are lovely. Great front desk staff. So welcoming. Also music was perfect. I also bought 2 beautiful hair clips - they were reasonably priced and the stylist worked them into my look. 10/10 again

I am a black woman, and the stylists at this location consistently know how to manage my hair without me having to direct them. I'm always thrilled with their gentleness with detangling and the long lasting results. It's my go-to location for this reason!

Fantastic experience! I felt comfortable and in good hands the whole time. Not to mention my hair looks fantastic! Will definitely be vising again soon

I love this location. Every time I am there the staff are super friendly and I’m happy with my hair when I leave. I highly recommend. One thing to be aware of, this location is not accessible. There are two sets of stairs to get up into the building. Other locations are accessible (and 5 star worthy!); from my experience the Vaughan location did not have stairs to enter and the yonge / lawerence area location did not have stairs either.

New Owner: THANK YOU. There is such a difference in your attention to detail. The place needed some love and the staff are all amazing and motivated. Got an amazing blow out the other day and walked out feeling great about the place and my hair.
