The best salon and experience ever! I honestly cannot express enough how amazing this place is. I am very nervous when it comes to hair salons as they are way out of my comfort zone. I have very long thick hair with a very bad allergy to hair colour but I honestly couldn't have felt more comfortable in the cellar and I loved the end result. The salon is very clean, homely and in a great location but the thing that stands out above the rest is the people that work there. The staff are all very friendly, talented and professional. From the minute Melissa took my appointment to Darren being a hero, he was there every step of the way, really going above and beyond for me. They were both very knowledgeable, comforting and just amazing! The team work really well together, a genuine love of hair and a real family connection. I felt special being there, that they went the extra mile for me, and I honestly cant thank them all enough. Absolute brilliant experience! With excellent value for money and every client leaving beautiful, when you walk out of the cellar you will be sure to leave a happy client and a returning customer. Amazing!

I had a great experience here today. Jeff was amazing- really friendly, not overly chatty (which is amazing for when you just want to sit back and chill), and did a fantastic job on my hair. The salon itself is very clean and tidy, the staff are very knowledgeable, and it's in a great location close to the subway. I would definitely recommend this salon to friends!

My friend referred me to The Cellar. She always spoke highly of the staff and atmosphere, was she ever right! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and they serve beer and wine (whats better then that?) I got a full breakdown of my service and what each cost meant. I felt very comfortable here and I love my hair!!! Thanks Cellar!

I went to The Cellar to get a completely new cut. The staff and stylist were friendly, professional and warm from the moment I walked in the door. They were also super friendly with one another and always offering to help. The stylist asked me what I wanted in a hair cut, discussed my hair goals, and gave me some ideas about what would look good on me and what would work for my lifestyle. After my cut and style, the owner came over to chat about my cut and ask me how I liked it. 10/10 can't wait to go back!
