The location itself was nice enough for being in a mall. However, my stylist was unprofessional. She did not introduce herself, and walked away for long period without saying anything. I booked my highlights online, and realize that's an estimated time (2.5 hours), but she took an hour and 45 minutes longer than that. She did not apologize, or give me a heads up that it will take so long. She then tried to charge me more than she said she would, and the cashier was also fine with her overcharging me. My hair turned out all right, but I cannot recommend this place.

UPDATE: I went there and got my hair cut by Lina. She was wonderful! Very thorough with everything she did. Might have been the best hair cut I have ever gotten! She was very professional as well. Definitely recommend Lina! I got my hair cut by Lenoard and he didn't seem to be very competent. I am going to need another haircut so that I actually don't have any split ends anymore. Also when he was cutting my hair he let all of the cuttings fall onto my head. That's not that big of a deal but was still annoying. I asked for three inches off and it seemed like he only took maybe one inch, if that.

I had that hair stylist "Heather" originally had an appointment to get my hair coloured and cut but changed my mind last minute and told her just a trim. She gave me a trim, styled it, and then charged me $40 for cutting less than half an inch off of my hair!!! Never went there since, obviously she cares more about the money then the satisfaction of her customers.
