Had a few cavities filled here, along with a cleaning and x-rays taken. Took roughly 2 hours for everything and went smoothly. The staff was friendly. I liked that they were able to pull up my plan information and confirm how much exactly I would have to pay out of pocket and how much insurance covered. They spent time at the beginning, and throughout the visit, confirming what I wanted done and what my concerns were. Even when they said I had a few cavities, they asked if I wanted to get the fixed; there was no hard push or sell from them other than just providing me information to make decisions. I appreciated them making it clear I was their priority. I don't enjoy going to the dentist, and I was/am anxious about getting cavities filled... but they made the process easier than I thought. Very pleased.

Awful dentist. Had one good experience where I cracked a toothe 3 days before my wedding they got me in same day, root canal and capped. Second time I needed a cap done the doc saw me would not work on me because my blood pressure was borderline high because I was in a lot of pain. Told me to see my regular doctor who said I was fine for dental work. Went back in again and they did half a root canal which relieved the pain. This had been going on for two weeks. Now I say half a root canal as they didn't finish they referred me to a specialist who they could never schedule me with. Eventually gave up and got my own specialist or perio doc to finish. Who could not figure out why they only did half the job. But don't worry they billed my insurance in full and used up my benefits for the year so I got to pay out of pocket to have another doctor do the job.!. Also I was in the chair for 4 hours with the doctor asking for things and the techs disappearing for ten minutes at a time looking for different instruments and or products. Do not go here they will steal your money, time and insurance money.

Great dental office. There's a kids area with games and a TV to keep all ages occupied while you wait. Friendly staff always make me feel welcome. The hygienists and dentist have always been gentle and great about telling me what I should be improving without making me feel talked down to or lectured. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great place to get their teeth taken care of.

I tried this place for over 2 years. It's like they rotate dentists every 6 months. The last one, Dr. Sasse, filled a cavity and in the process chipped the tooth next to it. It kept hurting and you could clearly see there was a chip in the tooth via x-rays that wasn't there before. She would not own up to it and said the filling must have moved. So her response, "That tooth has a crack and needs a crown, that's why it hurts." I decided to get a second opinion and nope, the tooth does not have a crack and she in fact chipped it, which my new dentist said does happen, but at the most he would do is fill it if it continued to give me problems (which is doesn't). I also had my first crown put on here (who knows if it was actually needed!) It was one of those new same day crowns, it has no anatomy to it, looks horrible and is only 2 years old and is looking like it won't last. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Reading through the reviews given, there's a lot of either very positive or very negative. I thought I'd share my experience in comparison to both: (Being unbiased as i can, I only had one dentist through my procedure, Anna nguyen, so i don't know about other dentist's being problematic.) Though a lot of the complaints written are true, they're very exaggerated. Yes, there are times when the assistants don't know what they're doing. They're learning, we all have to at some point. And the dentist is RIGHT THERE to make sure nothing goes wrong, so if you can't handle an assistant who's there to take an xray or suck water out of your mouth then you're just being petty and dramatic. My dentist Anna Nguyen (?) was also very professional and personable which was great for my anxiety. As she explained the process to her assistant, I was also able to understand what was happening and why. It made things very clear. And I got to watch SpongeBob as a 21 year old without being judged lol. Speaking of being clear, in regard to financials, the front desk is also very open and honest about what you're paying for. And they don't tell me what the best deal is for me, they explain what my options are and I get to choose. They have always been about me getting a good deal though. They had a charity event where if I donated $10, they'd take $100 off my bill. They also gave me a free treatment for being eligible for something else they were doing. I got 4 cavities cleaned, 2 filled, and 2 moler inlets for free. They could have even gotten me to pay for 2 root canals instead cuz my molers were practically gone after the cavities, but they saved my teeth and me money. My hygienist also asked the manager to give me one of their [expensive] automatic toothbrushes for free cuz they're that into getting their patients the care they need. So you shouldn't really be that worried about amateur assistants. Dr Bacon on the other hand, I've only been with him 2 days so far out of all my treatment. He talks to me through the process of invisalign, and although he's not as personable, he's very straightforward and clear. He could've easily talked me into getting the more expensive plan out of the 3 plans of my invisalign. But instead he showed me the digital outcome of each plan (what my teeth looked like on a computer screen), and broke down the cost of each. Triangle Smiles gives me great deals, they're very friendly & open & professional, and they want to take care of you. But they also want to teach and train their assistants to be better at their job too. So if that's somehow a deal breaker then good luck finding your perfect dentist.
