My poor rating is not because of the product, I haven't used it yet. It the service I received. I placed an order June 7th and today is july 17th and I have not received my order. The person I spoke to on messenger face book. Was rude . She nloced me because I told her how unprofessional she was. She really didn't care what I thought. Now can can't get a hold if anyone to ask wherevus my order thst I paid for. My tracking number says a lanel was printed for it 6/23/17 and it has not moved like I said today is 7/18/17. I sent an email and you get an automatic response. Since she blocked me I can't inbix or comment on their fb page. And they definitely don't answer the phone. Terrible customer service

This had to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hair salon. My appointment was at noon, so since this was my first time visiting this particular salon I made sure to arrive early (11:45) because I had no clue where it was. I find parking (which was easy and the best part of my experience) and attempt to find the salon. I had some difficulty so I text Rae to inform her I was outside but couldn't find the suite. I never received a text from her. So I accosted a young lady on the street for me and she pointed me in the direction I needed to go. I enter the salon and was informed Rae would be with me. I take a seat and text her again that I was there (I wasn't familiar with her so I didn't know what she looked like). I never received a text or anything acknowledging that she knew I was there. So I wait, and 50 minutes later she approaches me (no hi, how are you or anything) and asks "Are you here for Rae?" I reply yes, and she informs me she'll be right with me. I was finally called to come upstairs 30 minutes later to get my hair braided down for my sew in. This process was pretty quick. I was told to go back downstairs and wait. At this point I saw two young ladies come and go from her chair that we're apparently scheduled at the same time that I was. So I waited another hour and a half until she finished her other clients. (I'm still asking myself why the heck I didn't leave!) I finally get in the chair and get my hair done, which felt rushed. Now I hadn't had a sew in, in about 2 years so I wasn't sure what the new protocol was. I certainly thought sew-ins came with a cut and style but I guess I was wrong. She advised me that I could come back in a few weeks for a wash, and cut...???? I didn't get out of the salon until 4:30. Needless to say 3 weeks after getting my sew in done it is coming out! My tracks are lifting and the hair I purchased from her sheds horribly. My head itches like crazy because my stylist never even greased my scalp (but told me to come washed with NO oils in my hair). I am so disappointed in this experience. I have been to some of the top stylist and salons in Atlanta and have NEVER waited this long nor have I received such poor service. Basically this was a $450 waste. I'm not writing this review to bash this young stylist but in hopes that she will remember to make her clients experience nothing short of wonderful.

Great salon, wonderful private hair care experience for natural hair. I do not think the other person reviewed the correct site. The beautician's name is Serriah and she works with natural hair.

I found this salon while on Groupon and I'm so happy I decided to come here. Serriah is a professional through and through. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for her to get me in her chair and she takes her time with my hair. She is very knowledgeable about natural hair care and gives advice for in between appointments to keep hair healthy. She also has a line of products which work very well for my coily hair. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to maintain natural hair.

Maryann Sanders, you have definitely left a review for the WRONG SALON. The Styling Firm of Atlanta is a natural hair salon that does not provide weaving services and does not have a staff member named Rae. Please find how to remove this review.
