Absolutely HORRIFIC experience. Find somewhere else to go... trust me! My hair was bleach blonde and I told Sacha, my new hairstylist that "I want my hair to stay as blonde as possible but my roots to blend more". I showed my very blonde clip in extension that cost me $100's and asked my hair to still match them because I couldn't afford to buy more, as I would already be giving her $240. Basically my roots came out an ORANGE tent and the rest of my hair a much darker blonde than I asked for, making it impossible to wear my extensions and look half way decent! Not to mention it looked NOTHING like the picture she had showed me she would be doing. I went back the next day (which I really didn't have time for) and she re bleached the bottom of my hair, making it look exactly how it did when I first came in, just with much more damage. She then attempted to get rid of the orange, which she made better but DID NOT totally fix it by any means. When I wasn't satisfied and tried to show her, she told me that it only look orange "under the light" (unfortunately for me there's lights everywhere I go). Then she had the VERY rude owner named JENNIFER come over to tell me that my hair was not orangish at all. They refused to refund me any amount and acted as if I was seeing things. Jennifer literally acted like I was a crazy person hallucinating. The minute I walked out I asked two complete strangers and then later my friends what my roots looked like, they ALL said they see the orangish tent. I will now have to drop a few hundred dollars to get my hair fixed elsewhere with the money I saved up to get my family Christmas gifts. In response to your comment below Jennifer, other reviews don't give me the ability to buy my family gifts with the money I have to us to fix my hair. That's great y'all did others hair well but what about when a new customer comes in and doesn't like it. THEN how will you react? I walked out with my hair more damaged then ever, with the absolute worst result I've ever in my life. You were nice tell I didn't like my hair and then the way you treated me left me crying in my car for 30min feeling like I'm a crazy person. I don't think I've ever felt more disregarded and degraded as you made me feel. Sasha at least wasn't rude, but the resolution were very pour. And you were very rude. I'm sure you're a very nice lady tell y'all mess up and don't wanna own up to it or give any refunds. I know she took time doing my hair so you don't wanna give me a dime back but it also wasted my time, money and any health I had to my hair. Now I have to use my time and money somewhere else, while y'all keep all my money. So crazy that any business would do that. Never happened before.

They are super considerate and will ensure that you get what you want. I prefer Jennifer Robbins. She did such a wonderful job with my hair and I made a horrible mistake of going to someone else previous. But I went to her to help with my hair and it looks amazing. Highly suggest.

Very nice employees and Jeff is the best barber/stylist i've ever met. The attention to detail is incredible.

Love this place- I would highly recommend Jennifer Robbins. I don't plan on going anywhere else while I live in Atlanta. Easy Parking is also a plus!
