My stylist was is the best. But the people around in that salon are shady as hell. I came out of the salon around 9pm to discover my car broken onto. I saw a group of folks from the salon standing outside chatting...not saying anything. The police never came and Montana cursed me out because I was removing the glass from my car. For which my car was broken into at his establishment. Yet he felt the need to disrespect a woman that was crying and scared late at night.Montana is a bad person. I would not recommend this place to park your car for your hair experience. And if I get any threats by writing this reveiw...believe me I have my folks to follow up on things.

Complete disappointment in the loc services provided by Quake, 'loctician' at the 10th street Salon Ramsey location. He's overcharging on market rates for faux locs at $350. He even told me himself (warned me) many people thought he was too pricey for faux loc work. I thought it was a deal trying to avoid permanent loc extension cost. So he sends me to get the hair with very vague instructions and no beauty supply store referral. I'm on my own. I've since learned most techs will either have the hair or go with you. I faceTime'd him hair before the 8 bundle purchase. He agreed. Next day get to salon (he was an hour late btw for our appt.) And now he has a problem with the hair......????!!!!! Long story short, 13 hours later Im leaving with a loc mullet. Part to loc ratio too big. By the pattern of work, you can tell he either got lazy or tired at the end. Has hair leftover so it wasn't because he ran out of hair. 30 days later I've done so much cutting and self-repair to normalize the look I now have to find an experienced loctician and start completely over. $500 down the drain (hair cost included). Do your research. Run from anyone named Quake claiming he's got experience starting new locs.

I spent $400 the sew in is not versatile the lace close I bought from the stylist is already moving...my sew in doesn't look natural at all. I can't do anything with it it's very basic and plain. I have even compared it to being less than sew ins I usually pay $90-120 for. I feel I wasted my money....this must be fixed. Really I want to just take it out

This place is very unprofessional!!! Starting off A wig stylist was over 2hours late after I drove over an hour to pick up my wig, it didnt end there. Finally after recieving the wig on further inspection is was CLEARLY rushed and lazily done. The wefts were very loosely sewed in like 2.5-3 inches apart and literally coming undone as i tried to comb the hair!!! Some tracks were not even knotted at the end with tracks sticking up out of the wig. I paid over 200 for the hair that has now been wasted. I was told wig clips were going to be installed, they were not. The wig was an absolute disaster! I was unable to even wear because it looked so horrible, luckily i know A REAL stylist who takes pride in her work that repaired it for me. I privately reached out to her explaining that i was unhappy with the wig, i was immediately blocked on social media, no reply or anything. Finally i texted the stylist in which she basically told me its "its my problem now". Lesson learned. Save your money people.
