Love this place!!! Precious has been the only person who I will let touch my hair since coming to the island. And after I moved to the other side I still go even though it's a 25 minute drive one way.

My haircut was done great, no complaints on that. However, my wait time was a little long (waited for nearly an hour). It was understandable for me as they looked rather busy, but others may feel a bit impatient with that amount of wait time.

been here 5 weeks and realy starting to hate Hawaii. took my granddaughter to this shop and will never return. she has african american hair and the whole time she was there the girl whom worked on her was complaining about her hair. all we had done was wash, deep condition, blow dry and flat iron. took them 4 hrs. and the whole time the girl complained about the hair and that her feet was hurting her. she was making fun of my granddaughters hair to the other girls working there. I have never been to a place that was that unprofessional. been to many fantstic sams on the main land but will not return to any of them. after paying $ 83.00 even the girl at the front desk was rude as we were checking out. she was more concerned about going home.
