Terrible manner presented in the haircut. Emilia evinces great impatience and starches my skin several times. She left me with a cold thank you neglecting my need for the receipt. Then she and the other stylist very proudly gloat over how they finishing everything in 5 mins and treat the customer in a cursory and insolent manner when I was still there. I guess they assume I do not understand English very well so they confess what they really think.

I'm really cautious about my bangs as they've been messed up before, but no one is so kind and careful as the stylists at this salon! I've never had a bad experience here. Alexis has been the kindest of all, chatting with me and even cutting them tiny amounts four or five times to make sure they're the perfect length instead of doing one big chop. There is a Supercuts way closer to my apartment now but when I can, I make the 45 minute commute down here because I'm never disappointed.

I would not give this place any stars. It would be negative stars! My 13 year old went there for a trim. They hacked her her so bad that she was sobbing when we left. I asked them to fix it, but they started to blame my daughter’s hair. It was too thick! Please don’t go here!!
