Got my hair cut here after 2 years of not cutting it. I feel like a new person and I'm very glad I chose this place. Just great!

I love Kim, I've been going to her since I moved to Chicago. She is always very friendly, and quite funny! She does a great and quick job at cutting my hair.

Kim gives great haircuts at a reasonable price. Her service is quick and she is the nicest person you'll ever meet. The whole staff is great.

Kim is wonderful. We are always pretty late during the week and I asked if she preferred for me to come back tomorrow instead so she could fit in the both of us. She said absolutely not and that she would take care of the both of us that night. Been here on weekends too and there’s a short line that started after we finished. She really takes her time with our hair cuts and she will suggest a couple things to you and you can either say yes or stick to your original idea. She aways ends the trim with a nice scalp massage and with a smaile and a thanks. Came here from a recommendation from a friend and we’re glad we did. I switch over for a couple cuts now and will be continuing to come back. Reasonable prices, easy appointments, great attitude, flexible schedule. I’m curious to try the other services they provide.

I've been coming here for years and have always received excellent customer service and a great looking haircut. Previous to coming here, I found myself making the rounds at the chain salons in the neighborhood trying to find a stylist who cut my hair just right, but had little success. Upon my first visit to Bionic Hair Salon, Kim nailed it and I've been coming here ever since. Highly recommended!
