I arrived without an appointment and gave my name to one of the stylists, she told me to have a seat. Someone walks in after I do and he stated he did not have an appointment either but she decided to put his name in the computer. Now the person that was behind me in line was called to get his cut before me. Not a very good system going here. Approximately 15 mins after that another family walked in and they decided to help them out. The family even said that I been waiting for a while. And then the stylist with her set up closest to the reception desk wanted to say kids first. I hope it was because of an honest mistake and not the dirty look a got when walking in and holding another man's hand, gay clients are still clients. Unprofessional and rude!

This place is kind of a hit ot miss when it comes to quality haircuts and other services offered.. Since the "stylists" are rotated throughout other Supercuts locations consistency of quality is dependent on stylists experience & exposure to various types of hair textures and lengths. So it's buyer BEWARE. Other services offered are waxing for eyebrows & facial and chin areas. Again customers should BEWARE as not all stylists are satisfactory in this area. All in all just keep in mind YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !

You can book online, not much waiting time. Very few hair cutters are good.

I came here thinking to get a decent haircut for my office party! The hairdresser totally screwed it up! One with a Mohawk doesn’t have patience, wants to finish dressing the hair as soon as possible and get the next-customer. I had described her how I wanted my hairstyle! She didn’t have he patience to listen, she ended up drawing a line on my back when I had asked her for a fade! Wouldn’t recommend this place
