Always great service and results! Rachel does my cut and she is wonderful at helping my strands stay well kept as I grow my hair out.

Everyone at Restoration is wonderfully friendly. My husband and I have been going to Samuel for 2 years and cannot recommend him enough. Plus ONLINE BOOKING! What more can you ask for?! Thanks for keeping me looking fresh, Samuel!

I received a very bad cut from Chadwick. What he did to my hair and the back of my hair, particularly the all important hairline on a guy's cut, is really beyond the kind of awful you would expect from someone who charges 50 bucks for a salon cut. Chadwick gave me a blocked, blunt, very rounded shaped hairline, which as every guy knows is the kiss of death for any style. On the right side on the back of the neck he actually cut above the hairline to create a very artificial shape with a really odd rounded angle. Normally if somebody gives you a blocked hairline it's square or it follows the natural hairline. And it's curious to me why he cut it so blunt. It looks like somebody drew the hairline with a marker. The hair line should have been natural style with a slight fade or a squarer block with some notching at the ends so as not to look like a drawn line. Chadwick used a hair dryer set on cool to blow on my neck while cutting the hair line with a clipper. I have never had this happen and latter figured out it was so I didn't feel the burn of him cutting into and slightly above the hairline. There is no excuse for that. None. The rest of the cut is also sub par. It's an unusual shape for an adult guys haircut. A friend of mine said it resembles the classic kids bowl cut. I think he used thinning shears on my hair to finish things off. Since I already have a very fine texture and it's thinner on top, the result is my hair looks really thin and flat. If he was trying to add texture he should have notched the ends by point cutting slightly. I think Chadwick knew the cut was awful because he didn't show me the back and blamed using too much hair product on why the cut didn't look good when he finished styling it. I only learned how truly awful the cut was when I got home and washed it and could look at the back myself. The only reason I am giving one star instead of none is because the salon manager gave me a complete refund without question when I called over the phone to voice my complaint. However, before requesting a refund, I did ask that Chadwick call me because I wanted to see if perhaps he could fix the haircut but he never called me back. So I called the salon again and that's when I got the refund. I don't know how long Chadwick has been cutting hair but he looks young so maybe he is new and just needs more experience under his belt. He needs to learn a better technique and also how to balance a men's hair cut. image1.jpeg Sent from my iPhone

I've been coming to restoration to get my hair cuts by Chadwick for over a year now. I can say that I've yet to be disappointed by either the conversation or the hair cuts. Fantastic place!

I went to see Tim at the recommendation of a friend. I have been going to more chain like hair cut places, and was hesitant about seeing the owner of a major hair place. Tim is very kind, humble, and runs a very successful salon. I particularly enjoyed the team spirited nature and the collegiality among his peers when it comes to recommendations provided to me. I was extremely nervous about making significant changes to my disastrous hair. Tim suggested a very reasonable approach. He definitely listened to my concerns, and allowed me to make an informed decision on the best course of action. He inquired about my current hair practices without passing judgement and offered to educate me without being an over the top sales person. The salon has a relaxed atmosphere of uttermost professionalism. The street parking was convenient and the service was top notch. My friend brought me along without properly informing him of my needs. Needless to say he was extremely accommodating and not only got an outstanding hair cut, but also was able to fix a number of issues with my hair color and texture that I had been struggling with. Overall, I can't say enough wonderful things. Looking forward to my next visit.
