I went in with big curly hair that I could pull back into a ponytail, and I left with my hair so short that it actually felt prickly on the back of my neck. I asked the stylist to take some of the bulk out of the back and for a trim. She basically gave me a pixie cut and shaved the back of my neck even after I asked her not to. Anyone with curly hair knows how long it takes to grow it out, so now I am growing out a bad haircut. The woman who cut my hair was overly confident saying she was "an expert" with curly hair. This was probably one of the worst cuts I have ever received. She also sprayed my hair with so much product that I just felt sticky until I was able to go home and shower. I think a good hair stylist should start by being a good listener and giving the client what they want rather than what the stylist thinks would be best. I would not recommend or go go back.

Edit: 12/8/17 - management never followed up with me. Mary Beth did my hair for my wedding and I regret going here. She had her own vision of what she wanted to do and didn’t listen to my feedback, ignored my suggestions and yelled at me if i put my glasses on to check on the progress. She used very little heat protectant and I’m afraid my hair was damaged. Please save yourself the hassle of dealing with the attitude, protect your hair and book with someone else. I only went to this location because of how close it was to my hotel.

Marybeth does my "granny grey hair" and super short cut. Love her. She takes her work so seriously it's as though she's doing brain surgery. Even though they push you to make reservations, I find that mid-day slow times I can always get in, so far.
