Extremely helpful and polite staff, highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful practice! Professional and prompt, especially with scheduling as well as their services! Cannot recommend to friends and family enough, whom are looking for a new practice or just looking to make a switch, have been going here myself since a child and have always had the upmost pleasant of experiences!

I waited almost an hour to be called into a room after watching another patient leave they were waiting so long and two patients that arrived after me be taken in. When I politely aksed how long after waiting for thirty minutes I was told five minutes more and proceeded to wait almost another half an hour. I knew it wasn’t going to get any better when the dental assistant’s first words to me were “Do you have any other plans for todayâ€. She then informed me that it was unpredictable what was going to happen and it could be another ninety minutes or more for my treatment. I waited a month for this appointment and had to leave without being seen by the doctor and now am still in severe pain! Worst run office I have ever experienced.

I had been a patient of this practice for more than a decade before I moved across the country. I hold the office in highest regard. Always positive, always accessible. I remember going to the dentist with fear and trembling when I was a kid. This office changed that reaction to dentists for me.

i have been going to dr shleifer for over 25yrs; not only is he a very good dentist, he is one of the best human beings i've had the pleasure to know. he has been looking for a partner for several years so he could reduce his work load to spend more time traveling with his family. a few years ago dr khoury accepted the position and he has made broadway family dentistry his home. dr khoury is an outstanding dental technician and meticulous in his practice. he is very patient and detailed when explaining any questions. in just a few visits with dr khoury not only was i comfortable with him but felt i could trust him with any process he recommended.

I've only been seeing Dr. Khoury for a few months. He is extremely patient with my fear of dentists. He strives to make my experience pain free, and is quick to follow-up when I have issues. The front office staff is fantastic. They were very helpful with the insurance process, and are nothing but friendly and professional. Dr. Khoury's assistants are as friendly and understanding. They make sure I'm always comfortable. I never thought I'd feel this comfortable going to the dentist.
