Talked me into something I didn’t ask for and did the opposite of what I told them to do they pretty much made me do what they wanted my hair to look like this would be a 1 star if it didn’t look horrible it’s not good at all but it’s not god awful to the point I need to buzz it off

I asked for a haircut and they cut my hair a LOT more shooter than one at ask for, they game a bowl cut when I ask for one of those fluffy haircuts and still they haven’t given the money back or have tried to fix anything or help.

Great personal service. I called around 10am and booked an appointment for 1:30pm same day. I arrived and waited for no longer than 5 minutes. My hair isn't the easiest to work on, but Karissa nailed it. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I brought my 2 year old here for a haircut this evening and encountered the most rude, unprofessional woman, an older blonde woman with an accent. She was incredibly rude and short with me, rolled her eyes when I didn’t know if she wanted my son on my lap or on a booster seat, and then when my toddler was crying at the start of his haircut she said forget it and basically yanked the haircut cape off of him. Despite me asking if we could give him a second to calm down (I was trying to cue up a YouTube video for him, which has worked with every other haircut) she said no, she had people waiting. We were in the chair for no more than ten seconds when she rudely said she wasn’t going to cut his hair. Has she never met a child before?!? Sooo rude and I’m really annoyed by this experience.

I wish I could give a zero, given neither of the girls seemed like they ever trimmed a beard! Can’t remember the name but the lady (with dyed hair) did a Pathetic job. Hands down. Moved to this neighborhood and it’s couple of blocks away from new home, and I’m not gonna return to this place and wouldn’t recommend to anyone either (atleast for beard trimming). I basically look like a clown, given mustache is also half done!
