I arrived during a weekday at around 5:00, they had someone in one of the chairs but there were two stylists so they were able to take me right away. My stylists name was Lisa and she was professional and polite. I described what I was looking for, about two inches cut off with "u shape" and a little layering. She got to work right away and made a little small talk with me while she worked. She took direction well and even went back and shaped my hair a little more after I took a look and requested it. She had a good attitude and paid attention to the details. The salon is relatively clean, airy and bright. It's somewhat basic and no frills (no luxe vibes or service) but at under 20$ for a haircut you're getting what you pay for. I was happy with my results though and would go back.

My son had a terrible experience in this Supercut salon. The lady did such a poor job that it was not possible to fix the cut. I wonder where this lady was trained. We are not going back there, not even if it is free !
