I wasn't going to write a review but I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. My daughter and I went in this store about a week ago to get her hair cut. When it was my daughters turn, she showed the staff a pic of how short she wanted it. Mind you, my daughter is bi racial and wanted to cut out a relaxer that was ruining her hair and she wanted her natural curls back. Everyone of the staff including the supervisor started giving us these negative looks and telling us that she did not need to cut all her hair off. Then they proceeded to try to give me motherly advice. One of the stylists told me that I need to learn how to say no to my kid. EXCUSE ME?? If I didn't want my daughter to get a haircut then I would have not brought her to get one. Long story short, I was told by the same stylist that she didn't feel comfortable cutting her hair so we left. Un real....I will never go there again and I will never refer anyone there.

I've been at this Great Clips for years and I love everyone up here. Every new member that comes up here always retain a great experience. It isn't called "Great" Clips without having the exemplary expectation to overachieve. More specifically the employees that work here are so down to earth, funny and professional. They work and have fun too. I love them all. 😊 Special feature; Jenna. She's a wonderful woman, she's still going through school and despite all of her obligations she still takes care of business accurately and swiftly. Her lining A1 👌🏾

Went to get my hair cut and Jenna (Jennifer) cut my hair. I wanted it cut like Katy Perry's hair on the cover of a magazine they had in the shop. Jenna had such a fun personality and did a great job on my hair!

This happened almost 3 years ago. I haven't been back since. I went in late one night hoping my usual stylist was there. She was not so I proceeded to let someone else trim me. I originally had a hood on and when I got in the chair the lady looked taken aback as I let me hair out. I'm african American my hair is natural, shoulder length not to thick and not to curly. I washed my hair and blew it out some before coming. The lady (african American) put the cape on me and in the process snagged my hair. As I responded ouch to what she was doing she made a nasty comment about me being tender headed. I informed her no, you hurt me. She then proceeded to tell me how it would cost 50 extra to blow out my hair so she could trim my split ends. I've gone to great clips in several different locations with relaxed and natural hair and I've never had anyone charge me extra. I could tell she was uncomfortable with my hair being in its natural state and because I did not come with my hair bone straight and it was late she made several nasty comments. She told me I would need to come back when my hair was straighter. I came back the next day to my usual stylist and upon the arriving the staff from the other night were rude. I told them if I'm going to pay 50 extra then I'll pay it to the girl who normally does my hair. Mind you my normal stylist was Caucasian. I'm very disappointed in this location

I went there recently and got a haircut by Jennifer and she did a great job. She was very professional kind and a good listener of what I asked for. The location it self was clean, well lit and inviting. I would suggest this location to anyone for a haircut
