I am a Black woman with natural hair. I wanted to have a perfectly round afro. I straightened my hair then went to Great Clips. Mission accomplished! When I let my curl pattern come back, it was exactly what I wanted.

I love this Great Clips location! It's always fast and the stylists are eager to please. Just make sure you are comfortable with your stylist before you have them cut. Be patient and explain exactly what you want.

The Manager Carla is really rude and mean if I could report her to the corporate office I would. The other staff are really professional and great at recommending products to you. I highly recommend going when Carla not there.

Wanted just a trim so I figured it would be fine to swing by an hour before closing to see if they had availability. One poor, sweet lady working and 5 idiots in the back gossiping. I waited 25 minutes then got skipped by someone who checked- in online even though the board said I was next. I just left. Manger needs to fire the lazy employees asap.
