I have dealt with both poor teeth and poor gums for years. And have had frightening, painful dental experiences. Dr. Robbins and his staff fixed all the issues, treated me SUCCESSFULLY, AND have taken away my fear. My dental work was a 1.5 year process. But I am a very happy person. Thank you!!!!!!

Reading these reviews gave me pause. I came to get directions and noticed the low score. Then I saw the same person use the word "belittle" repeatedly over a four year span and thought, "seems like a person with a grudge and no life." I went in yesterday for a consultation and here was the outcome. I met with Amy and Dr. Robbins. My dentist said I was to get two wisdom teeth removed and another tooth that was decayed. The staff was very friendly, and with me, that can go either way. I have a very inappropriate sense of humor and they put up with me. I found everyone to be very professional as well. There was no sugarcoating. Dr. Robbins got on me immediately about my chewing tobacco use (23 year user here) and pointed out that it wasn't looking good and I needed to do something immediately about it. My dentist has been telling me I'm fine for years. Dr. Robbins didn't tell me what I wanted to hear at all, but he did deliver information in a very courteous, down to earth way. Did I meet with a different person than this person posting? (multiple times I'm guessing) Billing was not an issue, unless it becomes one. My consultation, 3D x-rays and total procedure to remove two teeth will be just over $100 after insurance. I hate to give a dentist visit five stars because it's ... well ... a dentist, but it went smooth. (I mean, you don't five star your proctologist, or do you?) Unless this guy turns into Josef Mengele when I get my teeth removed, I have a feeling this office has fallen victim to the clone account routine. PS - You have to see the wisdom tooth video. I'm 50-50 on whether or not the actors in it are intentionally trying to be bad. Haha.

Dr. Robbins doesn't know how to talk to people. Needs to learn how to polite and care for people.

Dr Robins did a consultation for my wisdom teeth that would have been included had they performed the surgery. I decided to wait for a better time with a wedding, traveling needed for work and honestly having no time to take off to recover. I was never informed until after deciding to wait for a better time, I would be charged 200 for the consultation Rather then hurting my credit againist my personal judgement I'm paying it. Would not recommend this office.

If you like being talked to like a child, and love to feel belittled, this is the place for you. Dr. Robbins should take a class in customer service and learn how to talk to people.
