Don't book weddings here.

I don't even know where to begin so I'll keep it short. I will just say Christina should not be accepting brides. She is too slow and unexperienced. #1 she was 40 mins late for my BRIDAL appointment ON my wedding day. Didn't even apologize whatsoever. #2 she should not need 3+ hours to do hair & makeup. I left with my hair unfinished but had no choice or I'd be late to my own wedding. The owner Amy Foltz did not care at all, was very rude & actually accused me of lying about it & would not refund me any of it at all even though my hair service was unfinished and had to go to my wedding with undone hair. Not a great memory of my wedding day. Megan was also so slow working on my mother and sister, that my sisters makeup wasn't even half done and we had no choice but to also leave or we'd be late. All she got was foundation & one color of eyeshadow, again, no apologies or partial refund from the owner. Very unprofessional place.

Love this salon ! I get my eyelash extension from Amy and am beyond happy with the quality ! She's always ready to go when I arrive making it so convenient! Also have had cut and color done!! The salon is clean, adorable and the staff is welcoming !! I recorded my mom switch to this salon and she's happy with her service too!

Love this salon and Amy! I’ve been going to Amy for 3 years now, she is so talented and creative at her craft! Beautiful salon filled with equally talented and professional stylists. They do it all from lashes to nails to hair. Definitely worth checking them out!!

This salon is the best of the best! I have never experienced better customer service by employees and management. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. You can tell Amy Foltz, the owner, takes great pride in her business and in her employees. I would recommend this salon to anyone!

I absolutely love It’s So You salon! Every time I am in there I feel so relaxed and comfortable. All of the girls are very professional and go above and beyond for their clients. Amy Foltz is an amazing business owner and does AMAZING work. I would not go anywhere else for my services!!!

The women that wrote the review/complaint...not sure of your issue but there was a women that recently was asked to leave salon and refused in which Police were being contacted to escort from the property...sounds to me there are two sides to a story. I find it hard to believe that" It's so you" would not redeem gift certs. unless someone was trying to do something underhanded. Been there multiple times the ladies are professional and polite, they have a great salon and wonderful service!!!!
