My daughter played hair stylist for her and my youngest, and cut some locks off of both of their hair. It was not a lot by any means. Bewildered, I took them here to see if they could blend their hair in a way to make it look better, it was not super noticeable for my oldest. I wish I knew her name, she completely ruined my 4 year olds hair. It was goo awful. She took all of 1 minute and 30 seconds to take 4 years of beautiful length and curls, and chop it off so unevenly I can't even describe it. I asked her is it supposed to be longer on the inner layer than it was on the outer layer, and she flipped it up mid curl saying if you flip it like this it would be even. This deserves a negative rating in the worst of ways. This sorry excuse for a hair stylist took no time at all, didn't care at all, asked me if that was all we we're doing to it, she's garbage. I'm not letting this end for you ma'am. If someone reading this can tell me of any way I can report her to the state of Texas, please let me know. She does not need to be cutting hair. I wouldn't let her trim my hedges much less let her touch a single follicle of hair on any person's hair I know. I really don't know how to put into words how poor of a job this woman did. I'm usually pretty lenient on people, because I understand more than anyone that mistakes happen. This mistake however was the fact that she was ever allowed to wield a pair of scissors. My younger daughter had more noticeable of a problem, and the hair stylist still kept quite a bit of length on her hair, and actually sat and looked how to make it look better. I asked her how come her hair didn't have to be as short, and she had no words to say as to why my 4 year old had her hair chopped like that. I will be going back to this location tomorrow to get her name, license number, and any other information I think would be necessary to file a complaint. I'm livid and so is my child's mother. If you are reading reviews, looking for a place, steer WAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I will update this review with the stylist's (if she deserves that title) name and will look her up on Facebook and try to do herself a favor and find a different career. I don't want anyone to go through what my daughter did. I give her a negative 65993519 out of 100, she is so bad.

Total hack job on my 8 year old's hair, she has to wear headbands to make it look presentable. I will never come back. :/ I do not like giving bad reviews, but I won't lie.

Worst haircut experience in my life, just wanted a simple blended short haircut and left looking like Kim jong un. This place is terrible.

Melissa at Supercuts rocks. I do not want anyone else to cut or color my hair. I don't like that they won't take appointments, but aside from that I love this place. The girls all chit chat while doing hair, and the hairstyles are fresh and up to date. I've recommended Melissa to others and they love her too. It's hard to find a good hairdresser, but once you do, stick with them.
