I called and scheduled an appointment. They took my name put me into the system. When I arrived about ten minutes later my name was on the list as expected. Two more customers walked in about ten minutes later and sat down. A stylist walked over and asked who was first, I let him know that I was already on the wait list and so he proceeded to take the other customers information down. About 15 minutes later another stylist finished with her customer and checked them out. Then she called the last person who was checked in, completely skipping over me, who at this point had been waiting for about 35 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and decided that my time and money was better spent else where. So, made an appointment, verbally confirmed that it would be no longer than 20 minutes or so. Skipped over 30 minutes in and left 45 minutes after arrival with no hair cut. This staff need to step up there customer service and ensure they are helping people in the order of their arrival and their appointment. Not by random order.

Horrible experience. Layers are chunky messes. A style that was supposed to look the same when my hair is parted on mirroring sides of a side part (as promised by the stylist) in no way looks that way (think of sections of hair that are 2 inches longer than the surrounding hair--yes it's that bad). I contacted the manager via Supercuts' website and phone CS line. The manager has ignored both attempts I made to rectify this issue, so I am leaving a review to notify potential clients of the horrible experience I had here, an experience that will now cost me extra money to fix. When you leave the salon with wet hair, know that within a few hours the real "look" will come out, and in my case, it was bad. Thanks for the horrible haircut, horrible customer service, and extra money that I will now have to spend to fix your stylist's "work".

4/14/17 - Forgot his name but the man with the curly hair gave me a great haircut! Exactly how I wanted it. Super cheap cut ($10) but he was so professional and knowledgeable! I went to the Elixir Salon a few years back, 5 times the price but they were not nearly as good as Supercuts. Would definitely come again and recommend this place to everyone I know. You made my day! Love my hair so much!!
