Horrible experience. It was my first time ever at this salon. I got a haircut from Laqvenda and it was very messed up and uneven. She finished my haircut in less than 5 minutes. I was trying to make conversation with her but she was avoiding me and talking to other customers. I contacted the district manager asking for a refund and she stopped replying to my emails. Highly unprofessional behavior and I will not be going back.
