Haters will celebrate your mistakes, and grieve your successes. You have worked so hard late night early morning preparing a nice environment for professionals business women like myself. I wish to express my gratitude towards you. Without knowing it, you have helped me style my hair with a signature haircut and boosted my confidence. You have educated me how to maintain healthy hair. I recommend MimiJ Haute Hair Salon located in Arlington Texas. She has great product knowledge and use Proffessional Hair Products.

BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS WOMAN. She will book your appointment and you can show up to her door being locked knocking trying to get in. She specializes in short hair, but will offer other services. My friend went and got a sew in from her and it was horrible and when ask to fix it she had a very bad attitude. There are way better stylist around the area that do way better work and way more professional. LET ME SAY THIS AGAIN...DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS WOMAN YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

MimiJ is my personal hairstylist I’ve been going to her for a couple of years. My hair texture has changed very soft with lots of body. I highly appreciate the fact that while Im patronizing ,I feel very secure inside the building.

Let me just start by saying I don't see ANY negative reviews which is a good thing. I love the way Mimi does my hair she is excellent at what she does. She is the best in the hair game. I just want to say y'all need to go to mimi if you want to keep your hair natural but sleek. she can do long natural hair and short natural hair with no problem. she is the best in Dallas hands down.

I want to share my experience with this woman on the business side of things. If I could give negative stars I would. It was a nightmare dealing with this woman! She comes off as super sweet and nice but nothing but a snake in disguise. I came to her salon as a client and got my hair done and discussed an opportunity for me to bring my body Sculpting equipment and rent out a space from her to bring my clients to. We had a verbal agreement nothing in writing which was a major mistake on my part. Our agreement was first month free for exchange of her using my service on herself then the following month start to pay the normal rate. First off the salon is nice for her but really not for body Sculpting because she has no doors on the rooms she showed to be available and really no seating area for a client to sit if one of my clients appointments is running behind, so I was like I can go buy some curtains to put up and I can make it work. I ask for a key she tells me I can’t get a key until I show a heavy flow of clients coming in?? Where do they do that at? Anywhere you rent a booth, space, room you get a key. So that was a red flag. She also wanted you to have the same exact hours she has so it’s like am I working for myself or working for you? I am a start up business so if I need to take a client at 6am or 10pm at night I need to have access to do so. With her you couldn’t do that. So let’s get down to the grimy side of things. I needed to hang my curtains so I call to let her know I’m on the way no answer so left the house anyways it’s during her business hours so surely she is there just busy and can’t answer my call. I sent follow up text no response. Get there mind you her door is locked it is always locked during business hours is that legal? So finally she responds back saying she was not at salon was out speaking, ok whatever so if I had a client guess I would have just lost money no key and no way to get in. So now 3 hours later comes to find out her boyfriend was there in the salon the whole time just refused to open door. She finally opened the door for me to come I'm fed up at this point let her know this situation is not going to work for me no hard feelings I just want to peacefully get my machine and my belongings I haven’t even been with her a month so technically I’m still on my free 1st month. Got my machine out thank the lord then this lady grabs my arm makes up some lie let’s go talk and tricks me into stepping out the door then she locks it. She refused to give me the rest of my belongings so not only is she a theif she promoted my machine as hers made flyers saying it was her machine and was booking appointments on my machine while I was not there. I have proof of where she was sending out flyers to her clients promoting my machine as hers and calling it MJ Body Sculpting as one of her clients showed me the text message she received with 2 flyers of her promoting my business/machine as hers. Do not do any business with this woman she is a snake and a fraud. Police were called and she made up some elaborate lie about storage space and lied and said my boyfriend came in her shop in rage tearing up her things blatantly lied. So you steals my things? advertise as your own? make up lie to the police but I’m wrong? Telling people I was not going to play her reality check its the total opposite she was trying to play me! Oh and might I add the reason I could not get a key to the salon cause her and her man and her dog live in the salon and also she was booking appointments on my machine while I was not there so she needed to have full control on when I’m there and when im not so she can do her shady business. She thought she had a fool but God always reveals! I also posted the pictures of the proof of her advertising my services/machine as hers. MJ Body Sculpting.
